• Here at Fashion Workroom we will never over-charge for shipping. If something doesn’t look right, email us to check.
• We deliver our products via Australia Post or Couriers Please
• Courier time frame depends on your post code courier/postal network. ie some postcodes are transferred to different drivers which extends the shipping time.
• Our aim at Fashion Workroom is to package your items as safe as possible so not to move during transit. Sometimes depending on the size and content of your order it may take 1, 2 or even 3 packages to be shipped safely.
• Each order is specifically packed to ensure your items arrive in the condition they left our workroom. As you can appreciate we cannot control what happens during transit. Please let us know if there is an issue with the condition of how your order arrived.
• Please allow 2 days to process your order.
• You will receive an email to say your order has been processed
• Your order will be then booked with the courier for pick-up or alternately taken to Australia Post Shop to be shipped.

Any order with a Australia Post Locker Shipping Address will be shipped via Australia Post Only

Express Post
Express post is available however the price varies significantly according to package weight and postcode of delivery throughout Australia.
Please email for postage quote
Express post orders are categorised as urgent and are dispatched same day or next day depending on time order is received.
An email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please Note:
Under some circumstances, Express Post (overnight/1 day delivery) is not possible depending on location and size/weight of order.
If your order falls into this category, I will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Express Post Parcels
Next business day delivery Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.
Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.
