- Here at Fashion Workroom we will never over-charge for shipping. If something doesn’t look right, email us to check.
- We deliver our products via Australia Post or Courier Network (depends on your location)
- Courier time frame depends on your post code courier/postal network. ie some postcodes are transferred to different drivers which extends the shipping time.
- Our aim at Fashion Workroom is to package your items as safe as possible so not to move during transit. Sometimes depending on the size and content of your order it may take 1, 2 or even 3 packages to be shipped safely.
- Each order is specifically packed to ensure your items arrive in the condition they left our workroom. As you can appreciate we cannot control what happens during transit. Please let us know if there is an issue with the condition of how your order arrived.
- Please allow 2-3 days to process your order.
- You will receive an email to say your order has been processed
- Your order will be then booked with the one of our Courier Fleet or Auspost network for pick-up
- Your Order oder has been processed message and tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Flat Rate Shipping
Standard delivery is 2-7 business days from when your order has been processed and shipped.
An email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.
Shipping processing times are 1- 3 depending on order complexity. If you have order blocks please allow some more time for printing of your blocks.
Any shipping issues regarding your order we will contact you directly.

Shipping cost is based on total order weight or dimensions of package /packages, whichever is greater.
Once all of your items have been placed in your cart shipping is calculated.

Order Weight: Over 500gm & Over > and under 1k @$15 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 1kg & Over > and under 2kg @$18.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 2kg & Over > and under 3kg @$20.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 3kg & Over > and under 4kg @$22.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 4kg & Over > and under 5kg @$25.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 5kg & Over > and under 6kg @$28.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 6kg & Over > and under 7kg @$30.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)
Order Weight: 7kg & Over > and under 8kg @$32.00 (including GST, Insurance & Handling)

Express Post Shipping
Express delivery is 2-7 business days from when your order has been processed and shipped
Express post orders are categorised as urgent and are dispatched same day or next day depending on time order is received. An email will be sent with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Please note: Australia Post has suspended their next day guarantee on their Express Post service, however, it still the fastest delivery method at this time.

Signature Shipping
If you require a signature $2.50 is added to your shipping rate.
Authority to Leave
Authority to Leave (ATL) is permission provided by the sender to deliver a package in a safe location without obtaining a signature.
The benefit of a package that has had ATL enabled can be that your package will almost always be delivered on first attempt.
Contactless deliveries keep drivers and receivers safe.
Please add a note to your order if there are any instructions you would like on the package.
24/7 Australia Post Parcel Locker
Packages, when dropped in a parcel locker, are more secure.
The electronic locking system eliminates the possibility of parcel theft or a package collected by the wrong recipient.
They are free to use when sending and receiving parcels within Australia Post and accessible 24/7 so you can send eligible prepaid parcels outside of business hours Ideal for parcels up to 16kg and no larger than 39 x 36 x 64cm
