You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where:

  • goods are faulty
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different to the product purchased on the website
  • don’t perform as advertised.


Returns will only be accepted within 7 days from the date that the goods are delivered and must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied.

Refunds will be restricted to the price invoiced only and will exclude our delivery costs to you, your return costs and any costs relating to shortage or damage of contents on return.

Damaged Goods

We strive to provide  our customers with value for money, that means a quality product at a good price. If you receive a product that is faulty in any way please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt so please insure you inspect your items when you receive them.

If you need to return an item quoting your WEB Order Reference Number and return back to Fashion Workroom.

Your item will be replaced at our expense or alternatively a full refund will be offered if the customer prefers.

Goods Lost in Transit

If you have not received your goods within 7 days of order please notify us quoting your WEB Order Reference Number.

If we are unable to obtain proof of delivery, we will refund in full any monies paid including delivery costs.
